Currently, I am selling things that have been in my family for decades, need to be refurbished or at least seen, and just thinning out some bursting closets. Last year, 2008, I sold an authentic Sterling Silver Tiffany (stamped) tray to an Ebay buyer who won my auction and proceeded to try to renegotiate the price. I tried to work with him, finally settling for 1/2 of the auction price. I had hoped the issue ended when he received the Tray - I did not plan to leave any feedback for this buyer one way or another - nevertheless, apparently he felt angry and unsatisfied and cruelly placed some very negative, harmful and untrue feedback on my record anyway. INNER SANCTUM CREATIONS has been my company since 2006. It is my artistic vehicle, as well as an umbrella under which to do associated business (such as Ebay). Before 2006, I was a Counselor. I had a small private practice in Arizona. I used some effective yet controversial Alternative Healing methods, which eventually forced me to give up my professional license in order to maintain my personal beliefs and maintain the integrity of my practice. I have wanted to launch a non-profit organization promoting -Health on all levels- - with an idea of teaching my methods and providing free services for those who needed help but could not afford to pay a fee. The organization is called: THE HOLISTIC HEALING INSTITUTE. It is my hope that one day I will be in a position to bring this idea into reality. In the meantime, I joyfully continue to create art and music; and I offer my Healing Services to those who avail themselves of that opportunity.

I generally use USPS, the least expensive and most accessible carrier. However, for an additional handling fee (varies) I can ship via UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc. Contact me BEFORE auction end if you wish another method. I include insurance in your purchase price- I encourage you to add an additional fee for insurance above your purchase price and notify me after you have won the auction regarding the increased coverage.

I do not offer ANYTHING for sale on Ebay that does not come with a complete, honest and often lengthy description with photographs. No buyer has ever requested to return an item of mine, except the buyer descibed above who thought he could enter into negotiations about final auction price AFTER HE HAD WON THE AUCTION!!?? Needless to say, the item he purchased was a beautiful, authentic antique piece of art worth more than the auction brought. He managed to wear me out after a couple of weeks of extremely low offers, threatening not to pay at all and to give me negative feedback, than I accepted his less-than-half auction price just to resolve the sale. When he received the item, he entered into a whole new set of complaints and demanded I return his meager payment. I did not accept his return. These events were highly unusual for me and for Ebay itself. I have learned my lesson and I now define all of my policies in detail to potential buyers on the auction page itself.
