Inphase Technology was founded in 1998 as a computer and printer repair and maintenance company. In April 2005 we launched an internet mail-order company through eBay and online at inphasetechnology.com. Since then we have grown rapidly into an International company selling computer parts and accessories. We accept credit / debit card payments through Paypal. All major cards are accepted as well as postal orders and cheques.

Items are despatched using Royal Mail Delivery. Heavy items (over 2kg) are sent either by our courier. For International orders, we would use Royal Mail Airsure Derlivery service to guarentee the arrival of your product and track its progress.

If you have a problem with the product you have purchased, please contact us on 0800 294 9015 or by email. If there is a fault with an item you have purchased then we will get you to send it back to us and we will check and test the product. Faulty products will be replaced at the discretion of Inphase Technology. Should a replacement item be unavailable Inphase Technology will offer an alternative product of the same or better specification. If this is not possible a refund will be offered. You are encouraged to use registered and/or insured carriage as Inphase Technology will not be held responsible for the loss of goods in transit to us. Please ensure that all items are adequately packaged as we are unable to exchange or refund any damaged items. If you have purchased a product and are not happy with it, you have 7 days to inform us of this and we will arrange for you to return it to us
