Jack Starr record makes its way home.Just adding another little blurb about the email and subsequent phone call I just had.
I just removed a listing of a record from the 1980's by an artist named Jack Starr.
As it turns out, I had a rarer version of one of Mr. Starrs records and he himself contacted me asking that I call him up to discuss the piece.

Some people just can't be happy for others LOLSo low and behold I was out and about on Monday looking for some great items and I can honestly say I hit the friggin jackpot!
I actually managed to find an incredibly rare comic book (Incredible Hulk #1 with the gray skin for all you junkies) which I knew was worth quite a bit when I bought it but didn't find out it was worth $25,000 until I got it home and looked it up!
WOW!!!

I started this business 2 years ago believe it or not as a joke that has gone horribly wrong in all the right ways. :)
Back then I was entering sweepstakes for fun and one day there was a contest to see who could post the craziest thing for sale ever on Ebay. Well, I've always had a good sense of humor so I decided to enter.

History/background
Antiquated Dreams actually started without my having a plan to begin an online business. I fell into this purely by accident and have loved it since it began!
In May of 2006 I won $50 in a Bingo game and decided I wanted to see if I could double it by making a purchase for the sole purpose of reselling it.
Well it worked! Then it worked again! And again! AND AGAIN!
Next thing you know, my house is over run with antiques and collectables and I'm learning new things everyday!
I've now been in business for myself for over 2 years and that little $50 investment I made way back when has grown to over 3,000 positive transactions completed and an inventory of over 1,600 items currently for sale.
Thank you to all my clients both new and old for giving me such a wonderful blessing. You are all very appreciated.

I use high quality shipping products both new and recycled. I package according to the product to insure the safe arrival of anything I deliver.
I've shipped over 20 complete sets of fine china and have only ever had 1 piece break in route.
