I ship most items via USPS Priority mail. With this service, most buyers can expect to receive their item within 5 business days of winning bid. If you do not receive your item after 6-7 business days for domestic or 7-8 business days for international, please check in with me and I will make sure your shipment is in proper order.

Returns are accepted if item is significantly not as described. Claim must be made within 10 days of auction close.

I do not have all the information on compatibility, however, here is my advice: Older models of navigation use a CD-Rom system, newer models tend to use a DVD-Rom disc. Please check to see that yours accepts a DVD or CD. If you have a BMW with a CD system, any of the ones I sell should work, but the later the copyright date, the more updated your maps will be. I provide all pertinent info in the listing, you can check with your dealer for the part # you need. 'Can you tell me the procedure for programming a key?' -I would love to if I knew. I believe the procedures can be found on internet forums such as www.bimmerforums.net. I wish I could provide more info, but I must encourage buyers to make sure they know how to program before purchasing. 'Do your keys come blank or cut?' -All keys are used and pre-cut
