Unless otherwise shown, we use calculated shipping to provide the best possible price. We will send you a new invoice for combined shipping and for multiple boxes. So, please ignore the automatic one from eBay. Please provide us a street address for any items being shipped UPS as they will not ship to a P.O. Box. Sometimes, we can only estimate the weight and size of box for shipping in the listing. Should the actual shipping and handling charges be less than what is paid, we will gladly refund the difference via PayPal. We also include a minimal handling fee of $1.00 for domestic and $2.00 for international shipping. May be slightly more for large and/or bulky packages, dishes, or multiple boxes. If combined shipping is possible, we will only charge this once per box. Most all packages will be insured. This cost has been added to the handling charges. For items with a value of $250.00 USD or more, in addition to proof of delivery, we must provide proof of signature.

We will only provide a refund if there is a significant error in the item listing or the wrong item is shipped. Item must be returned within 7 days to us in the same condition as you received it. We must be informed of this error within 3 days. We will do what we humanly can to rectify the situation if there is ever a problem. Damaged items do not fall under this category. Please see shipping details in the listing on how to handle this situation. Also, please see description and all pictures for further information before bidding. Unfortunately, Internet Guy Enterprises does not accept returns for any other reason, unless otherwise noted in the listing.
