Beautiful Cue !! Brand spanking new as listed !!.Packed well to prevent damage as promised. Seller quickly answered my concerns/questions, and put me at ease before purchase was made and even discounted the cue for me. I am more than happy with my purchase. Seller was unwilling to correct a flaw with the item. Item was packaged or storages poorly an the shaft was beat up felt horrible. Told an requested a replacement took a couple days to get a reply then changed the “ no return policy “ to wanting it shipped back after I’d had the shaft worked on. Seller changed their willing after every suggestion was given besides what I asked for! Horrible to deal with plus item was in poor shape! I don’t recommend spending a dollar with this seller!

Buyer had new item altered and then demanded we pay for it. Trying to scam us for money and used negative feedback as a threat. Messaged us Saturday and we responded Sunday even though we were not open. Messaged back before they had work done to the item. Cue was inspected by 2 people before it was shipped out. If there was damage to item we need to report to the shipping company on the insurance claim. Needed pictures of the damage and a copy of the invoice and the buyer would not cooperate.
