I have a large selection of fabrics. If you have idea of the color or fabric you are looking for, there is a chance I have it in my studio. You can e-mail me pics of fabric, dress..., or mail fabric swatches. They should be approximately 2 in by 2 in. I can also make a matching accessory from your fabric to complement your look. Your design options are unlimited as the imagination itself. I design, create and arrange silk flowers in my studio. For special occasion orders, please allow time for preparation and delivery. Payments should post within 3 business days of purchase. Accepted forms of payment: any major credit, debit cards, or PayPal. Please DO NOT use e-checks especially if it is a rush order. If you do not submit payment and do not contact, I reserve the right to cancel transaction. Your order will ship to PAYPAL ADDRESS, please make sure it is correct. For CUSTOM orders there is 35% non-refundable down payment to finalize the order. Orders ship in the most economical and reliable way. From New York WORLDWIDE. Via USPS w/ Delivery Confirmation & Insurance services included in the shipping cost (except for First Class International. Post Office does not provide DC or insurance services for this shipping method). As such I recommend using Priority Mail. It allows for insurance & tracking services. I am happy to offer COMBINED shipping for multiple items. Please see individual listing shipping fees for more details. For your convenience, orders under $150, Signature Requirement is waived for Domestic EXPRESS Mail. If you prefer mail courier not to leave package at the door and pick up at the P.O., please let me know not to waive Signature Requirement. And, if you would like to add Signature Required service to Regular or Priority mail, let me know during checkout. Other shipment options available upon request. I provide detailed photographs and descriptions with measurements in the listing description of each item. I scrupulously inspect each item prior to packing it & shipping. All items are shipped with Insurance, except international regular mail (insurance is not available for this shipping method.) If you receive the item damaged, please file an insurance claim with your local post office right away.
