I am a 23 year old Pittsburgh native. I've been making jewelry and other items since I was very little. Finally I've decided to start my own business so that others can enjoy my creations.

Iris Ridge actually started a year ago, but it wasn't until recently I considered officially selling the products I made. I make hand-crafted items and after family and friends wanting me to make them one thing or another, I decided I'd like to be able to share what I've made with everyone.

I prefer paypal but I will accept checks and money orders although they have to clear before I will ship items out.

I do my best to ship items out the same day as I get payment. It depends on when you order. If you order before noon, I'll do my best to ship items out that same day. If you order after noon or on Sunday, the item should ship out next day. For the time being, I don't ship internationally. I'll only ship within the U.S. for right now. This might change in the future. I can provide gift wrapping upon request, no charge.

I will accept returns provided I see it is a reasonable return. If items arrive broken, are defective, if you find you have allergies to the ingredients, or the item is not what is in description I will accept returns, can give you a credit, or give you an exchange. However, in some cases, the item you order may not be EXACTLY the same as the picture provided because these items are hand crafted. There will be natural variations.
