All About MeWhat everyone should know about me
Hi, I am an iris addict, hence my ebay identity. My husband and I grow and hybridise tall bearded iris on our 3.5 acre property and we have many, many hundreds of different ones in all colours. I started on Ebay as a Give it a Try and it grew.

I started on Ebay as a Give it a Try and have just started a Ebay Shop. I like selling to people and really like it when they like what they have bought. I am fair and honest and treat people the way I like to be treated. I am flexible, especially with new Ebayers. I also occasionally make mistakes - often when tired and try not to repeat them. I find most people are terrific, its a pity about the other few though.
Payment policy
My prefered payment method is by direct bank deposit. It is so easy and less mistakes are made with it. Post is Ok, with a money order or Cheque. I accept Paypal, but do not post until it clears into my bank account, this can take upto 5 days to clear and as Australia Post does not take Paypal and the postage costs can be a major part of the purchase I have no alternative for this, sorry. For overseas buyers Paypal is the only way to pay due to the high Australian bank charges for international payments.
Shipping information
We only charge postage at Australia Post rates. These can appear high to the buyer - sometimes they are, unfortunately the way Australia Post calculates parcels it can seem unfair. I use the Australia Postal Calculator to complete the invoice when the parcel is packed and sometimes a discrepancy can occur in the price charged by Australia Post and the invoice sent, especially on larger items, this can work both ways. If it is higher than invoiced, I wear it, if it is lower I email the person and offer a refund. This is usually due to one person measuring the parcel different than another. I have taken the same parcel to two Australia Post counter attendants and got a different price from both. We do not charge for packaging and handling. I usually post the day the payment clears into my bank account, unless I have a problem that makes this impossible. I am unable to post on Saturdays, so an extra days delay may occur
