Great product, even better service!
I was having trouble with getting the printer to work with my POS system. He worked with me on the phone for an hour trying to get it to work. Once we figured out that the printer model wasn't the right one (my fault), he sent the correct one out the next day and was able to get it to work within a couple of days. Great customer service and will use the me again.
