There had been a mix up with part numbers but Joe fixed it by resending the order. He went above and beyond by also refunding the purchase price as well as including other, smaller decals. I am using them in a diorama of Arlington National Cemetery's horse-drawn casket caisson and will drape the casket with a flag. Joe communicates well and is honorable.
