iSold It LLC was founded so that everyone--from individuals to businesses to non-profit organizations--could have an easy way to sell merchandise online. From the first corporate store, which opened in Pasadena, California in late 2003, the company has grown to over 100 franchised stores open nationwide, making it the country's largest drop-off store chain and the number one volume seller on eBay. iSold It of Dallas is an independently owned and operated franchisee of iSold It LLC. We operate three stores in the North Dallas and Plano, Texas area, under the eBay IDs isoldit.tx0166, isoldit.tx0240 and isoldit.tx0247.

We accept MasterCard and Visa (outside of PayPal), any approved PayPal payment method (credit cards, instant transfer, eChecks, etc.), and USPS Money Orders. We are unable to accept checks. We can accept cash only in our stores for local pick-up items.

We ship all purchases either FedEx Express, FedEx Ground or by United States Postal Service. Some auctions (mainly for smaller items) offer a choice of shipping services. To see the estimated cost of each service to your zip code, use the Shipping Calculator found in the auction. Larger items are shipped FedEx Ground at a flat rate (to the 48 contiguous United States) stated in the auction. We can also ship to many international destinations; please see our About Me page for more details. All shipping quotes include a nominal handling fee to cover the cost of our professional packing services. Local pick-up is also available at our North Dallas/Addison store. Texas residents will be charged 8.25% sales tax.

We do our best to describe and photograph every item accurately. However, we are not the owner of most of the items we sell, and therefore we may not be familiar with or able to test every possible function, accessory or feature. Please review the listing carefully before bidding. Items may be returned for a refund only if they were significantly not as described in the listing and photos. To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving the item to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA), and then return the item to us, in exactly the same condition as you received it, within 7 days after we issue the RMA. We regret that we cannot authorize any returns after the 3-day time period, to enable us to pay our consignors in a timely manner. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
