IT Solutions North East are a Computer Business located in Consett, County Durham, started in August 2007 when the business owner decided to leave his Job of 15 Years doing IT support for the NHS and start his own business. We specialise in all aspects of IT support and sales, we develop websites, and also supply commercial office interior design and installation, including full IT networking. In November 2008 we became a Dell Registered Partner, and as such can now offer discounted Dell systems and peripherals for sale through our eBay shop. Hopefully we will soon be opening a retail outlet to expand our sales. We pride ourselves on always been able to beat the highstreet computer shops on the systems and accessories we sell.

At the moment our payment methods are simply, cash, cheque, Postal Order and Paypal

Nearly all of our items are sold with free P+P, however large items such as desktop PC's and Laptops carry a courier charge for insured delivery from DHL or FedEx. But we will keep this charge at cost for you, we never make a profit from delivery charges!

All Dell PC's we sell come direct from Dell themselves, and are delivered to us with at least 1 years collect and return or Onsite warranty. Please note that this warranty commences upon the dispatch of the system from Dell to our premises, we will always list the remaining Dell warranty length or date of Purchase / warranty expiry date on the listing for your information (Unlike other sellers) Your warranty is with Dell not us, we are simply a reseller, if you are unhappy with your system or it is damaged upon delivery then you can return to us within 7 days for a refund, If you have any technical problems with your Dell PC you should contact Dell direct quoting the Service Tag Number which is clearly marked on your PC as well as the official Dell delivery box it comes supplied in (none of our computers are re-packaged).

We are an official Dell registered partner, and a such can access deals from Dell on systems and accessories that other sellers can not. 99% of our systems from Dell are Brand New, but from time to time we may sell Dell Refurbished computers, these will be listed as refurbished and priced accordingly unlike other sellers who list these items as new when they are not. Please look at the listing to check whether the item is New or Refurbished before making your purchase. All our systems come direct from Dell, whether new or refurbished, all carry a full warranty (Via Dell). We do not sell Dell computers which have been aquired from any other source but Dell, and we do not refurbish Dell systems ourselves and then re-sell with small 3 & 6 month warrantys which are not worth the paper they are written on like other sellers.
