Ivan Chan Studio came online at the end of March 2006 to provide the Internet community with access to artwork originally available through traditional methods only.
Payment policy
PayPal payments within three (3) days of an auction ending or immediate payment by PayPal for fixed price and buy-it-now store items.
Shipping information
Artwork shipped 1-3 days after payment is received and cleared. UPS ground for almost all shipments (includes insurance and tracking information). USPS for art cards, some international shipping, and special requests.
Return policy
100% Satisfaction Guaranteed. Customer has seven (7) days to return artwork and receive a full refund, less shipping and handling. Artwork must be returned in the exact same manner and packaging as the original shipment.
