Shipping information
I pack all items to withstand the normal stresses of shipping. The specifics depend on an the item. Sometimes a box is necessary. Sometime mail bags are sufficient and definitely less expensive in shipping costs. I take that into account when the shipping rates are entered. I NEVER make money from shipping. Rates may seem high but ALL of the carriers have high rates. UPS rates are generally the lowest. I find that people don't want to pay the present postal rates and expect me to absorb the difference. I am not able to do so and should not be expected to.But if I miscalculated the weight too low, I will never ask you for more money. In that case it was my error so I literally, pay for it.When it comes to refunds on returns, any refunds on shipping costs is on a case by case basis, depending on the reason for the return of an item.

Return policy
Items purchased are returnable in two situations only. One, is that I accidently shipped you the wrong item. Two, that the item purchased has a major manufacturing defect. A thread hanging from a seam is not major. In the major situation, please contact me within 2-3 days of receipt of your purchase and tell me the problem. However, for a refund, you must send the item back to me in the same condition I sent it to you. This means that if you see a major defect but then use the item, launder if, cut it, or in any other way change it, there will be no refund. Also, changing your mind that you don't like or want a purchase is not a basis for return. I cannot absorb the monetary loss because someone decides to change their color pattern, for example, after they purchase an item. Save the item to give as a gift. I personally check all items for any defects and count the number of items in a set before I pack the item for shipping. I have NEVER had a return on a defect basis.

Contact information
I can always be contacted through Ebay email. If you want to discuss a specific item, press the CONTACT SELLER in the upper right hand side where several things are listed. OR, if you are just sending me an email but are not on an item page, please tell me which item or transaction you are referring to so that I can answer you quickly and properly. When I receive an email that says - i.e. Do you sell this in twin?- with no reference to what item you mean, I cannot help you and must email you for that info. It saves time if you let me know which item you wish to discuss. This is especially true for sales that have occurred after some time has passed. I cannot possibly remember every E-bay name- and what that person bought- that I've ever dealt with. Just not enough brain cells for that. So let me know that you are discussing a past sale, which item and your real name as well as your E-bay name.

FEEDBACK
I will always leave feedback after a buyer leaves feedback for me. If you ever feel that there is a problem that needs to be addressed, even after the official return time has passed, please let me know AT THAT time, not two months later when the first I hear that there was a problem is when you leave a negative feedback. That simply is unfair.In that case I will definitely leave YOU negative feedback.I prefer to work things out on a one to one basis and find a solution that everyone can live with. Though problems are rare, and my return policy, my payment policy and my shipping policy are clearly stated, not everyone reads them before bidding.That's when problems can happen. The key to a good auction/selling/buying experience is, in my opinion, good communication.Know what you want,look around at what is being offered by several sellers for an item,READ what the seller's rules/policies are BEFORE you bid because you will be held to them,& everyone will be much happier in the long run.

PAYMENT TIMING
Payment is due by two days after you receive the invoice from E-bay. If you are unable to make that deadline and know this in advance, email me and discuss it BEFORE you bid. If something occurs afterwards that would delay payment, email me immediately and let me know that you need an extention of time. I am always willing to give a reasonable extention. Things happen, that's life. But if you do not contact me and ask for an extention and do not pay, and a reasonable time has passed I will first email you to remind you that payment is due. If you do not respond I will assume that you have no intention of paying and make a no payer claim with E-bay about you.This will effect your rating with sellers.Many sellers automatically leave negative feedback in this situation.I look at things on a case to case basis.But you will be blocked from ever being able to buy from me again. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE PAYPAL,DO NOT BID UNLESS I SPECIFICALLY INDICATE ON AN ITEM THAT I'D CONSIDER OTHER PAYMENTS.
