I ship using Pal-Pal, USPS and UPS depending on package size. I will supply a tracking order to all customers. I highly suggest that all buyers purchase shipping insurance, due to the fact that once I ship the order, I am not responsible for any damage or lost merchandise due to shipping errors. Please let me know if you would like to purchase insurance before paying for your merchandise. I will send you a new invoice which includes the cost of your insurance. At this time, I only ship within the United States and Canada. Canada shipping will be extra, since the cost to shipping to Canada is more expensive than shipping within the United States. All Canadian customers should contact me for shipping costs prior to bidding. At this time, I do not ship outside of the United States or Canada. No exceptions!!!

I will glady accept returns within 7 days. For a complete refund, which does not include my shipping costs, the item must be returned in the exact condition that was shipped, with all tags, no damage, and no signs of use. Items must be properly shipped, accompanied by tracking information and a certified receipt (Certified Mail), to avoid any concerns that might arrise. I must be notified three days prior to the return, and supplied with the appropriote receipts/mailing date/and tracking information. If these guidelines are not followed, No refund will be issued--No exceptions! (Buyer must pay for all return costs.)
