Item was sent to me broken and covered in a sticky substance. Contacted seller and he refused everything. The system was obviously packed up with whatever is sticky on it. The seller lied. Do not buy from him!

The buyer requested a refund, alleging that the item arrived broken. I meticulously packed the item, and it was in perfect condition when shipped. If damage occurred during shipping, I advised the buyer to file a damage claim with USPS. They refused and kept wanting a full refund. Suspecting a scam, I requested higher-quality photos for a detailed report, after which the buyer ceased communication. Their negative review does not accurately represent the situation. I tried to assist in every way.
