Initially we had a communication problem but it was worked out. I think the cost to ship was very expensive. Having said that, the time it took for me to receive it was very quick. The product was exactly as described, and the packing could not have been better. I've never ordered anything in which such care was taken in packing. The corners were well padded - there was great care taken to see the product arrived undamaged. I would definately buy from this seller again.
