Our shipping rates are based upon weight and size, and calculated directly by the Ebay shipping calculator. There is no upcharge for materials and time, we charge actual shipping charges only. We promptly ship UPS ground - fully insured in the continental United States. On occasion, if delivery times are shorter and it is practical, we will use USPS Priority Mail. We will be more than happy to quote you for USPS service for anywhere around the globe - we have successfully shipped to every country on every continent. If you need it sooner, we recommend UPS overnight or 2nd day service. As is our policy, we will do whatever it takes!!!
