I generally try to set a standard flat rate for everyone including packaging and handling. I try diligently to pack each item very very well but insurance is a buyer option at additional cost normally about $1.35 within USA.

Returns accepted only if DOA in the case of electronics or if I obviously mis-described the item in a significant way which I take great care not to do. If it happens it is due purely to carelessness or lack of knowledge on my part never by intent. I can not absorb the cost of returns due to not meeting personal taste expectations or buyer not understanding what the item is. If there is ever a doubt or question, simply write before bidding and I will do my best to answer it. If I don't know, I will say I don't know. If the item is indeed DOA or inaccurately described in a clearly significant way I will gladly accept the item back and refund both purchase price and shipping and handling costs. DOA due to transportation damage is not included in this commitment. That is the purpose of insurance which I encourage all buyers of items of significant value to purchase.
