We usually look for sellers who let us combine to save on shipping (which usually means we'll buy several more items!) and fast, reasonable shipping is always a big plus. We try to leave a detailed feedback for every item we purchase. If we get a great experience with you as a seller, you might get a new repeat buyer - especially if you have the items we're always scouting for. We pay as soon as the auction or combining period is over, and if ever in doubt, please contact us right away.

We don't want to put anything on eBay that's in less than good condition. We don't sell items that are defective or have visible flaws, unless specifically stated. We wouldn't want to be misled into buying something we thought was great, and don't expect anyone would either. Feel free to ask questions - we will send extra photos, give measurements or whatever information desired - that's what we're here for. We do have fulltime jobs and young children, but we check in at least twice a day during the week, so we can address any questions. We prefer Paypal, and ship the items via USPS usually within 24 hours after cleared payment, except on the weekends as our post office is not open Sat-Sun (they close during the week at 16:00 - 4 PM). We ship with delivery confirmation, and insurance is optional. On some items insurance is highly encouraged, as we can't be responsible for damaged or lost packages once they leave the post office. We try to pack everything well and will recycle cardboard boxes etc. to help keep shipping costs down.

We like combining shipment options, so we try to do that for our buyers too - we use Flat Rate boxes when most feasible, parcel post for economy, media mail for books and also offer insurance - and otherwise try to keep shipping costs as low as possible.

All of our items come from a clean, pet free, non-smoking environment.
