Not sure its keeping up with the technology advances
I have been a user of Smartthimgs hubs for 3 plus years and it seems like about every six months I have to disconnect all my devices and start over. It is usually the result of having to do a factory reset for issues related to wifi connectivity. It starts dropping off line and gets progressively worse. The support organization seems to be over whelmed and not user friendly. I usually just muddle thru, get myself back on line and ware to get off the product but haven't yet. In principle I like the concept.

If I had it to do all over again, I would still buy this one.
1 of 1 found this helpful I have used Garmin devices for years and like the reliability and customer service. The web site is easy to navigate. This new voice command unit is off the charts. I was disappointed that I couldnt get to my phone cantact list to sync by bluetooth even though I have a Samsung Galaxy SII. Other than that, Its great.

The Samsung Galaxy SII D710 Epic 4G Touch beats the socks off of iphone.
1 of 1 found this helpful I'm partial to Andriod OS and the Epic has not disappointed. In my book it beats the socks off Apple iphone in all areas. Be careful about using apps like Sprint TV or you wind up paying an extra fee even if you are on the Sprint Everything plan.
