I have a 7 day return policy, on most items. Some Things I can't Have a return on, such as Makeup. I list on each auction if it is returnable, if it is not listed, then I probable cannot take it back. I Always try to make it right, if you are not happy. Unfortunately, I have 3 negatives as a buyer. I lost 2 family members and I forgot about ebay at the time and didn't pay for them, and when I finally logged back in, I had been left negative feedback. I do understand from a sellers point, but it hurts me because of my feedback score. I am trying to get back to 100% so please understand. The 1 neutral I received as a Seller was just a mistake of the button pressed when the buyer sent feedback. Her statement Was Very Positive. She tried to get Ebay to change it, but it did not Qualify to be changed.I do not feel bad about that because it was a mistake and that's what I told her. We ALL make mistakes! Thank You for listening, and Please Know that I would never intentionally hurt anyone, it's just not in my Nature. I usually send an extra gift with my Buyers purchases also.
