The cost of shipping is the SAME RATE FOR EVERYONE! I come up with the cost of shipping based on ONE zipcode, the cost of shipping materials for me to buy, and the cost of delivery confirmation. I take the furthest zip code in order to cover any area. The cost of shipping MAY BE more or less to ship to an individual, but I incurred more cost in gas for my car when I was allowing individual shipping estimates. Now I charge ONE FLAT RATE for everyone. I buy shipping materials in bulk from a local recycling dealer. My shipping boxes/packages are usually previously used. I ship all items next business day after payment is received and clears unless an unexpected delay occurs, and if that happens, I always contact the buyer first. Delivery Confirmation is added on top of all shipping fees. Del. Conf. number is sent to buyer to track at www.usps.com. I ship to U.S. only.

At this time I do not currently have one due to the fact that I am trying to get rid of the items I'm selling; however, if a customer is unsatisfied due to any discrepancies or dishonesty on MY PART, I will gladly refund and take the item back. Refund will be issued through the form of payment that is made at time of purchase. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs to send item back and must put Delivery Confirmation on item in order for it to be returned to me. (THIS PROTECTS BOTH ME AND THE BUYER IN CASE IT GETS LOST IN THE MAIL...BUYER AND MYSELF HAVE PROOF THAT IT WAS INDEED SENT BACK.)If a buyer does need to return anything back to me, he or she must contact me first and explain what it was that was misinformed to them about the item (and it must be a mistake on MY PART!!! If a customer simply misunderstood, that is not MY mistake! All customers are requested in advance to contact me with any questions!)

I will not be responsible for items being lost, stolen, or damaged while in the care of the United States Postal Service. If you are worried about this with your purchase, please let me know, I will price Insurance for you and you can pay to have your item insured, but you must let me know before purchasing the item so that everything can be handled correctly through Paypal! If a buyer does not contact me or does not make payment within 3 days, I will contact the buyer through Ebay or through the email address the buyer provides. If you are having problems making payment, I will try to deal with you the best that I can. I know problems arise sometimes, and I totally understand. If the customer DOES NOT reply back to my email and DOES NOT make payment by the end of the 3rd day (meaning by midnight on the 3rd day!), then the bid will be filed with Ebay as an UNPAID ITEM and Feed back reflect UNPAID ITEM. I will not be rude about it. Feedback will say ITEM UNPAID and DIDN'T COMMUNICATE.
