Icing/frosting in vanilla or chocolate This Creamy white and chocolate icing can be used on several baking items. Which are: cakes/cupcakes, cookies, bars, sweet rolls, cheese cake, graham crackers, honey buns, and vanilla wafers. Excellent on warm pastry out of the oven. This icing may be colored for decorating cakes or cookies. Although in hot or humid weather, decorating performs best in air conditioning. You may add 1 teaspoon of almond flavor in a 16 oz. Jar of vanilla icing, that is if you like more of a almond taste. The 16 oz. for a cake. I also have 16 oz. Chocolate. Refrigerate or freeze left over icing. Once you have refrigerated, in order to use the icing, it should be left out 2-3 hours for a nice spreading consistency. If frozen, the icing should be left out overnight for spreading on items. The icing has a 6 month shelf stable in temperatures of 80 degrees or below. Or you may just refrigerate the icing anytime for 2-3 months or freez
