I purchased an item that was sold as new, when I opened the box the item had been used, had corrosion and water spots all over it and missing parts, I sent a request they immediately denied it basically saying I was lying. Shady company don't ever do business with them. Ebay won't help with the dispute either very unsatisfied customer.
