Not happy at all. Purchased this item on Oct 20. 11 days later the item was still not shipped out, so contacted the seller. Seller stated that this order “slipped through the cracks” & he’s “hardly on eBay & forgot about checking” but promised to ship it out that day (Nov 1). Seller marks the item as shipped but provided no tracking. Asked seller for tracking a week later, which shows the label was only created on Nov 13th. Item arrived today (Nov 17) & is NOT as described & is in POOR condition
