Shipping & Payment
All items are sent in a regular envelope. SAL shipping arrives in approximately 14 to 21 business days. BUT it can take longer. SAL doesn’t have a tracking number and can’t be insured. Registered is ok for $4.50 more. Also all orders of $50 or more must be shipped registered mail. For a padded envelope add $2.50. I don’t give refunds on uninsured Items!!!!!!!!! Only EMS has insurance and a tracking number. As of Sept. 2009 all items sent to Italy must use EMS.
