Japan Shop Direct started in the fall of 2000 and was run out of a two bedroom apartment in beautiful Fukuoka, Japan. We mostly sold Japanese auto parts to contacts in the UK, United States and in Asia. Since then we launched Japan Shop Direct and started selling our products worldwide on ebay in 2005. We have come a long way since our beginnings from operating out of an apartment to our present office in Fukuoka, Japan.

We accept all major credit cards via e-mail invoice or by phone. Our merchant account is handled through ProPay which is an ebay approved payment method. Propay is administered through Wells Fargo Bank and is a member of the better business bureau in the United States of America. We accept domestic money orders (U.S. Only)and personal checks and they can both be sent to our address in New York for faster processing.

All items ship from our office in Fukuoka, Japan and are sent via EMS Speedpost or Registered Air Mail. We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible and that is why we ship twice a day, six days a week. Because of the high cost of international shipping we ask that you make sure of your purchase before bidding. It is simply too costly to ship goods back and forth to and from Japan. With that said if there was an error made on our behalf we will surely do whatever we can to fix the problem. Regarding used goods such as gaming consoles/games and auto parts that we sell on ebay, everything we sell is thoroughly tested before being put up for auction.
