I am a 35 year old tattoo artist who is starting an online business with my mother who is an antique dealer and appraiser living in southern Alabama. I am getting married and starting a family this year so I am hoping my ebay adventures go well!

Everything under the sun, Souther Alabama is a very antique and heritage rich area so you will be seeing a widely varied list of all things antique and collectable from me.

Not much online at all, unless it is art or books for me personally.My mother acquires her items all over the southeast from estates to auctions, second hand stores, even the always unpredictable garage sale.

One of the coolest part of starting to sell a variety of antiques and collectables is that I have a continuously changing stock that All needs to have serious research done on so as not to rip myself or my customers off. So that means that I am seeing new things and learning what can be learned about them all the time, which is more fun than work most of the time. I think I kuh nee dat!!

I am a college trained artist and amateur historian, and a ten year professional tattoo artist, and general jack of all trades.

I am keeping my shipping costs to the minimum required to get the items to my customers, with delivery confirmation I am usually out of my pocket a dollar or two an item. I also give discounts on shipping for multiple purchases and return customers.

I don't really accept returns on items unless it is a product that has a problem with its functionality, meaning it does not work as it is supposed to(a clock or watch or game;etc).

Things are going good so far, just at a month and a half. I am getting the hang of this all now, and its even slightly more addictive than it was at the start. It is a lot of work when its just one person and trying to sell thirty or so items a week and still pull long hours at another full time job, But, I do really enjoy it and dont see stopping anytime in the foreseeable future! Sales are getting better now that I am getting a feel for what to sell and what Not to sell.I am selling one in three items, but improving my stats and sales and feedback weekly, shooting for powerseller status by summer!
