Business InformationHistory/background
Just sort of fell into this business. Was constantly being dragged to coin shows with my DH...if you can't beat 'em join 'em.
Shipping information
Most items ship by USPS First Class Parcel. I take care with my packaging. After all the time I take to sort, mount and label my coins, I'm not just going to toss them in a plain envelope to get beat up by the post office machines.
If for some reason, you need Priority or Express Mail...just contact me.
I usually ship to the US, Canada and the UK. I have shipped to a few other places though, so it never hurts to ask me.
I try very hard to ship within 1 or 2 days of receiving a cleared payment...but sometimes life just gets in the way.
Return policy
Just let me know what the problem is, and I'll fix it. Please try to let me know within a week after you've received your coins.
Customer Satisfaction
Hey, I know it's hard buying coins online. I know that I've been disappointed a few times. Also, there are times when my poor little pea-brain lets me down, and I mess-up. If you're not happy, please contact me so I can try to fix it for you.
The Dreaded Stars
Here's the thing about this star system. It would be great if eBay would label them properly. As stated when you leave feedback..4 stars means satified and 5 stars means very satisfied. So let's say a buyer is happy with what they got and gives the seller 4 stars...good right?? Not according to eBay. Starting soon, any seller whose stars in any catagory drops below 4.1 gets the boot. So by giving the seller 4 stars, the buyer is actually telling eBay to get rid of that seller. Now this fine, if this is what the buyer feels. I just think that eBay should be more upfront with what the stars really mean. Thanks for reading my little rant.
