My best friends and source of inspiration are my 5 amazing kids and husband. Each one with their own personality and interests, add flavor to all that I do. They are also the source of many of my ideas in this business.
Business InformationHistory/background
I obtained my 1st retail job at age 13(part time after school). By age 16, I was supervising at a local small grocery store in Puerto Rico. By age 20, I was a merchandise manager for a high volume Old Navy store and spent the next few years in retail management. For years, friends and family have been encouraging me to offer the items I made for my own friends and family to others who might also appreciate the service. In early 2006, I quit my retail management position and decided my children needed me more. To help save for their future needs, my college education and future bakery, I expanded my ebay store to include the personalized items I make. This part time project allows me to help others, while caring for my children.
Payment policy
Paypal is the only payment method accepted. Please no personal checks unless through paypal. Remember that orders are not processed until echeck has cleared.
Shipping information
Please keep in mind that I am 1 person and there are multiple orders each day. Orders will be processed in the order that payments are received and cleared. Allow sufficient time for delivery, which can take up to 14 business days for US (during holidays, that is usually about 3 weeks) and 21 business days (4 or more during holidays).
Return policy
Returns will only be accepted if there is a verifiable error in your personalization. For this to apply, your personalization and special instructions MUST be provided in the instructions to seller area of your payment. If you send it in seperate emails, etc. refunds will not be issued as old emails are deleted after your order ships.

Feedback
I do not leave immediate feedback. Here is the reason why. A few years ago, a buyer purchased a camera for a child. They paid immediately and positive feedback was left immediately. A few days later, paypal reverses the payment and sends me an email cautioning me not to ship to the buyer who had been linked to fraudulent transactions and was not authorized to use the payment method she paid for. After filing a NPB claim through ebay, she leaves me a negative because ebay issues her a strike. I left unmerited feedback for an underserving buyer. Similar cases followed there after and I now leave feedback after the transaction has been completed. The best way I can keep track is by leaving feedback once your feedback is received. I do not retaliate in feedback. I will evaluate the entire transaction and leave feedback accordingly. I have had buyers who pay weeks later when a NPB claim is filed and positive feedback is still left for them. I understand things can come up.
