Jay Brokers specializes in selling laptops and other gadgets on eBay, the world's largest online marketplace. Jay Brokers offers a unique guaranteed quote program (like a pawn shop), along with a traditional Trading Assistant program.

The preferred payment method is credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover) directly through eBay via ProPay upon checkout. All you need is a credit card--no separate or third-party account. Simply select the ProPay option at checkout to use a credit card. The benefits of using credit cards via ProPay include quick entry of your credit card on eBay without any additional log-ins or lengthy setup tasks. You do not need a ProPay account--all you need is a credit card. Paying with a credit card is the safest means of payment. We also accept PayPal payments. We can only ship to billing addresses (also known as confirmed addresses or verified addresses). We are unable to make exceptions. If you provide a shipping address that does not match your billing address, your purchase will be refunded and the transaction will be canceled. Payment must be completed within 3 calendar days of the auction close. After 3 days we will sell the item to another buyer.

Jay Brokers uses UPS for the majority of items weighing over 1 pound. Items under 1 pound may be shipped USPS. Items shipped via UPS cannot be delivered to PO boxes. We strive to keep shipping costs as low as possible. We do not mark-up the shipping cost. The shipping cost is calculated using the weight of the package and its destination zip code. To determine the shipping cost for an item enter your zip code in the shipping calculator contained within the auction listing. Most items require an adult signature upon delivery to verify the item has been delivered and received. Shipping insurance is mandatory. If you neglect to pay shipping insurance your package will not be insured or protected against loss or damage in transit. Tracking information is sent automatically to your PayPal registered e-mail address and is also accessible via My eBay under Order Details. Items ship out the same business day if payment is received prior to 9 A.M. EST M-F (no shipping on weekends or holidays

Purchases include a 14 day return policy. You must return the item to Jay Brokers within 14 calendar days. Returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee. False, defamatory, or any other type of feedback that misrepresents the transaction voids the return policy. Returned items must be received exactly as they were sent out. Altered items are subject to a reduced refund at the discretion of Jay Brokers (e.g. breaking factory seals, swapping similar merchandise for original, damaged/missing parts, non-functional items, etc.). Buyers are always responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are only refundable under the 1 day DOA warranty. To qualify for the DOA warranty, you must contact us within the 1 day timeframe (from the delivery date and time). Jay Brokers does not provide extended warranty coverage beyond the 1 day DOA warranty. Buyers are strongly encouraged to purchase extended warranty coverage (see the warranty link at the bottom of the listing).
