I am a single parent wiht a 3 year old son. I work full time and well as sell shoes here on E-bay. Sometimes, NOT ALWAYS, there are certain circumstances that prevent me from getting on the computer to check my Ebay. PLEASE HAVE PATIENCE!!!!

In ALL of my auctions it CLEARY states 1-2 weeks at your door. Please do not expect anything less or anything more. Please understand that I am a working single mother of a very active young child and things do come up where I have to delay shipping BUT I CAN ASSURE YOU your items will never be later than the 2 week time frame. I usually ship 1-2 days after payment but to be safe I say at your door in 1-2 weeks. I also am in school part time attaining my MBA. Thanks for understanding and again PLEASE BE PATIENT IN REGARDS TO MESSAGES AND RESPONSES!

I always allow returns with no questions asked as long as you let me know ASAP you are good. The item does not necessarily need to be at my door in 2 weeks I just need to know so I can mark it in my books! Im very flexible with everything and I hope you are as flexible too!

I wish EBAY would put an away messge of some sort up because I have gotten some negative ratings for communication all during the times I have been on vacation. I take alot of weekend trips with no access to the internet and I get back and have 35 messages from the same 3 or 4 customers and they in turn leave me negative ratings for communication. EBAY NEEDS AN AUTOMATIC AWAY MESSAGE TO AVOID THIS!!! If in fact you are in DIRE need to contact me you can text me at 860-817-5464.
