I began taking art classes as a child and as an adult continued to take lessons in color and design as well as in drawing and painting. In addition, I was a social worker for 13 years and presently am a 19 year Jazzercise instructor/franchisee.

I make beaded jewelry using gemstones, handmade lampwork beads, crystal (including Swarovski), pearls, sterling silver, pewter, bone beads, wooden beads, and beads that I collect on travels around the world such as Kazuri beads from Kenya and ceramic beads from Peru, and all kinds of pendants made with gemstones, sterling silver, carved bone, fused glass and dichroic.

I look for beads and pendants on eBay, at trade shows, and all of our trips!

Beads, of course, and all manner of art work from around the world including paintings, carvings, exotic masks, and figurines, particularly of animals.

Because of my parents work I lived in Japan, Germany and Greece by the time I was 16. I earned my Bachelor's Degree at the American University in Beirut and moved to Texas a year later--I have been here ever since, but my early years gave me a travel bug that won't quit biting!

I started looking for vintage jewelry on eBay several years ago and found that I needed to restring some of the items. I also met an eBay seller who had lovely vintage items and strongly encouraged me to become a seller when I sent her pictures of items I had made. She has been a steadfast mentor ever since then. I enjoy creating jewelry because of my art background and because it is portable--I can take my beads and tools on trips and spend relaxing hours creating beautiful things without the interruptions of everyday life at home. I also get great satisfaction from the emails that I get from happy customers.

I ship to the USA and Canada. Shipping is free for many newly listed items; $3 for other necklace and memory wire wrap bracelets and $2 for other bracelets, earrings and pendants. I combine shipping up to 3 items.

I accept returns on items that are defective or are not as I described them. I must be contacted by email upon receipt of the item that must be returned and I expect the item to be returned within 7 days in the original packaging.
