Not impressed with customer service. I realized my year truck was not in range for the part (mine's a '94) after ordering and I initiated cancellation the same day (actually < 6 hours later, I believe). Request was denied. Okay, fine, I'll just return it when it comes. BUT 4 or 5 days later the part did not have shipping status and when I inquired I got a "Oh, yeah, right, we'll ship it right away". Why the order couldn't have been cancelled is beside me, plus it cost me $5.40 to return.
