don't like ups, try to use priority mail mostly. try to pack carefull, and get sent out asap

depends on item being sold, always try to avoid a need for return by detail in listing, and good communication. will refund or replace if something is not working on arrival.

i check my ebay messages several times a day, and answer all. i dont like talking on phone, but will if necessary.
