TAZTOOL Cheated ME
Bought a Freud saw blade from TAZTOOL, listed as new, picture was of different item, item arrived in as-shipped damaged condition. No replies to any of my emails, finally after a week I filed paypal complaint and left bad feedback. In his reply to my feedback shortly after, he called me a liar. This was the first communication I ever had with him. The blade he sold is damaged, hazardous, and could cause bodily injury or damage to my equipment according the Freud factory customer service and the professionals on forums.woodnet.net under chipped carbide teeth on Freud blade. The thing I hate the worst, is that I now have to pay to send it back. I am going to lose money because of a bad seller. I find this totally apalling especially when he has almost 38,000 sales and a 99.4%. In looking at his feedback, there is virtually a complaint on every page--and most of them for broken tools and all of them for no response to communication. Shame on him, and shame on ebay for allowing it.

If you are a seller and make the mistake--you should pay for it--that includes return shipping at your expense!! The recent trend of overcharging for unrefundable shipping is expressly forbidden. My policy is that if you make the error; misrepresent the product, send a damaged product, or make any attempt to deceive me, the buyer, and the arrived product/price is significantly different--you refund purchase price, original shipping cost--and will pay all shipping costs associated with shipping the item back to you.
