RECENT NEGATIVE FEEDBACK EXPLANATION
This lady purchased a coat on Sunday through Buy it Now, I shipped it on Monday via Priority Mail, I'm in NC & she is in Iowa, normally not a problem, most packages arrive in 2 to 3 days although they are not guaranteed to do this. She sent threatening email on Friday when leaving to go to airport saying I better have resolved this by the time she gets back on Monday. Said she called my post office & po said I didn't ship til Thursday, not true, I don't use my local post office, I use one closer to the airport because we're so far out in the country, usually makes it a day sooner due to this. Thats basically it for this one. I can't control once it leaves my hands.
The other one, I undercharged on shipping in too much hurry, she had to pay difference when it arrived to her & she was upset about it. I mean, WE ALL have to pay shipping don't we. She didn't even contact me to let me know, just gave negative feedback.

I only accept payment through paypal now due to new ebay rules.
Shipping information
I ship Monday through Friday only, usually the day after payment is made unless it made early in the day before I leave.
Return policy
I do take returns for full refund if I made a mistake. I do not refund for no fit or wrong size but I will relist it for you & let you send it to the new owner. Once they receive it in good condition, I'll then send the payment they made to me, straight to you including any extra they may pay. I hope this sounds fair.
