Processes all payment types through PayPal only

Items are shipped out withing 2 business days after receipt of payment is confirmed. We strive to keep shipping costs low and we do not charge anything over the actual cost of shipping for our items. Most of our shipping is through USPS First Class but on the larger scaled items UPS Ground is the better way to go. Insurance is offered on the more breakable and irreplaceable items but is included in the price of the listed shipping costs.

Crochet patterns are non returnable. Any other items can be reviewed on a case by case basis.
