I am a former groomer and all-around pet lover! My experiences in life include working in food service, insurance, real estate, and public schools; I currently volunteer at a local State Park and am the treasurer of our homeowner's association.

Dog grooming bows (Everyday, Petite Puppy Pairs, topknot/Yorkie bows, Puff bows and Pinwheels), bandannas, collarettes, occasionally other pet grooming accessories.

Ribbon, latex grooming bands (elastic bands), barrettes, buttons, beads, lace, satin roses, plastic bags, etc.

My tastes are wide and varied, so I don't have any one thing that I collect. I love Depression glass, milk glass, old milk pitchers, old Fiesta ware, bean crocks, books and music.

I'm a professional singer with the Symphony Chorus here. I play piano and a little guitar. Love to garden (veggies, flowers, trees, you name it!) and read.

Too many to list. Most of my reading is non-fiction (nature writing, science).

All-time favorite: Out of Africa (Meryl Streep, Robert Redford) I enjoy a good love story, a good horror movie, and some westerns.

All-time favorite: Indigo Girls. I love most types of music, but can live without Rap.

I don't generally watch TV, but I do try to catch Hell's Kitchen (you just gotta love Gordon Ramsey!!), and will occasionally watch programs on Animal Planet (Meerkat Manor is terrific!)

Jenn's Bowtique was established in 2004. I was making my own bows to use in the shop because I was unable to find decent, well-made, attractive bows anywhere. My customers requested that I made extras to sell to them, to take home and use between grooms. I then decided to try auctioning a package on e-bay... and my business was born! Things have evolved over the years, and I now sell to groomers, breed clubs, rescue organizations, and pet owners throughout the U.S., Canada and Europe. I accept most major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express), PayPal (credit/debit cards and e-checks), company or personal checks (although orders don't ship until the check clears my bank), and money orders (no hold).

I usually use UPS. International shipments are by U.S. Postal Service Global Priority mail, because it is far less expensive than UPS for this service. Domestic customers generally receive their packages within 3 days, although this is NOT guaranteed. International shipments can take up to two weeks for delivery.

Returns are accepted within seven (7) days of purchase. The ENTIRE package must be returned, in its original state. I do NOT refund shipping charges.
