(I am shipping from the East Coast.) This is why I have decided to ship single CDs & DVDs via First Class mail. I do not accept returns of items which are received in the condition described in the listing. I expect the buyer to notify me of any problem with this item (i.e.: damaged or significantly not as described) within 7 days of receipt of the item.Should there be any significant reason for a return, the item will be refunded. I have been packing CDs in the following manner: The CD was wrapped in a layer of light packing foam. This was placed in a thin plastic wrapper, just in case it got damp IN TRANSIT. Then I placed it in a bubble wrap envelope- so the CDs have been shipped in TWO layers of padding. I am currently devising a more impact-resistant packaging method, while attempting to keep the costs of handling/packaging (included in the flat fee) to a minimum.
