I am a dedicated seller, committed to customer service. If by some chance you are not happy with your purchase please contact me prior to leaving negative feedback. Most of the time it is something that can be reconciled between buyer and seller.

PAYMENT: I expect all auctions to be paid in full no more than 7 days after auction end. If you are a non-paying bidder expect to be reported and to have negative feedback left. There is no excuse for non-payment. If you bid, you pay. It is that simple.
SORRY, I DO NOT ACCEPT CHEQUES AT ALL. PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR EXCEPTIONS!!!
Shipping information
SHIPPING COSTS: I always list shipping costs in my auctions so there are no surprises. If you require further information please e-mail me PRIOR to auction close.
If you choose to pay prior to receiving an invoice, please be sure that your shipping costs are correct. If they are not correct, you will receive an e-mail asking for the balance owing and your item will not be shipped until that balance is paid. I ship using UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE.
Return policy
RETURNS: I deal with returns strictly on a one by one basis. Since all my auctions are described in detail, including measurements, I don't feel the need to offer returns. I definitely do not grant returns based on the fact that something doesn't fit! Please read the ad prior to bidding. Once again, if there is a problem, please contact me and we will see what can be worked out.
