Well I am not really new to Ebay. But i really don't Buy Items off of the internet. I have had one bad Feedback when i first opened my account. I sent payment it was just never recieved or so they say.

I pay in Money Order or CC over Phone. I do not do transactions over the internet. I know that most Sellers prefer Paypal. but i don't.

Shipping information
I have everything sent to my mothers house. Her house is in town and is easier for the postal carrier to Dropoff in town then out in the country
