Item arrived in excellent condition, well packaged, and exactly as advertised. Shipping took longer than normal, but would highly recommend the seller to others because they did not jack up the price to 3-10 times the regular price, as the greedy scalpers on eBay do. Asking a fair amount more for an item—10-20% more—is acceptable. But many scalpers have (for years) been charging an exorbitant amount for rare / hard to find items. Great seller. I am sorry that a mistake was made but you were given free return postage and 100% refunded. I am sorry you did not get a free card. Any other company in the world would also expect you to return the item. Would you ask them for gas money?
