The water pump/impeller kit was advertised as new. The box was not sealed and it was missing parts. When contacted the seller has not sent the missing parts. I also think that their processing time for orders was slow although it may be within guidelines. The seller does not take returns and i was forced to buy another kit to get my work done in a timely manner.

I have been more than willing to work with you. I even refunded his purchase for his inconvience, even though that is against our policy. Package was opened to take pictures of the items inside the kit the kit was then resealed. Customer wrote saying a part was missing next day I told the I would send a picture to confirm missing part then he mentions other parts were missing out of a sealed kit.
