If you live in the US you will love my shipping. YES ITS FREE! If you are willing to wait, I send out first class domestic USPS at my cost. If you want priority it's $6.95 which includes a very small handling fee of about $2.00. Same applies to express with a small handling fee it's $19.95. For International. I am sorry I have to make the charge. I send all out priority flat rate envelope with a small handling fee of $3.50 plus the cost for the mailing. It's either $8.55 or $10.45 depending upon your country. I try to mail out within 24 hours. Sometimes it ends up within 36 hours and rarely its 48. No mail on holidays or Sundays. I am not able to control the time when it leaves my location until it arrives at your location. Very sorry about that. I am also not responsible for customs, duties or taxes. As the buyer you need to check that when you are interested in placing an order. I too have to pay those fees when I order from foreign countries.

My return policy is pretty simple. Just let me know that you want to return the item and why. Send it back to me and let me know it's coming. If it is not damaged and less than 30 days have passed I have no problem returning your money. I have always felt that a pay it forward attitude was the correct approach to life. I still do. One thing about me, is that for a cause, I am a fighter. I stand about 5 feet tall and have an Irish streak in me that comes from my mother's side of the family, and I'm proud of it. I donate to animal rescue when I see or read a sad story. I try not to see too many because I would run out of money! I am good to animals, good to the environment, treat others as I would like to be treated myself. What do I do when someone tries to attack my business? I know that there is business for everyone and not to be greedy about thinking I need it all. I certainly do not. I resent others feeling as if they deserve it all and there is no room for others.
