I ship USPS Priority mail. I calculate shipping costs by weight of the item and I DO NOT charge any packing or handling fees EVER. I ship after payment is received and cleared. I allow myself 10 business days to ship items (because of an illness/disability that makes it difficult for me to make frequent trips to the post office), however, 10 business days is really just a safety net, I normally mail packages out much sooner than that. I am willing to ship a package by regular mail upon request, such as if an item is very heavy and/or traveling far & expensive, regular mail is cheaper, but it would take a few days longer to receive. I highly recommend adding insurance when purchasing fragile items - even with the best packing job and all the bubble wrap in the world - it's better to be safe than sorry!

I generally do NOT accept returns; however, if I were to (by accident) inaccurately describe an item, thereby disappointing a buyer, I would certainly either issue a refund or a discount, whatever would seem fair to make the buyer happy.
