i am opinionated. ok so the changes, here is my take. many were needed. many have been created by ebay to ATTEMPT to make this a safer buyer experience. Very understandable I think. See Below

But many changes are only for ebay to collect fees which in the past millions of sellers avoided paying. You kbnow who they are.. they sold $20 items for .99 and charged $20 to ship...avoiding fees. And many who took money orders only to avoid paypal fees. when you really think about it can you blame ebay?? I know i wouldnt allow customers to abuse me to avoid paying. would you? So i can live with those changes as well as increased fees, everything goes up.. no big deal. BUT 2 problems which caused me to stop selling. Best Match is in my eyes theivery. It is totally ebays discretion as to where items are placed. They told me many factors are involved yet after experimenting and tracking my items I came to 1 conclusion. Recent sales are the determining factor. and that of course caters to larger sellers. its common sense. they list 100 of the same item at similar price and I list 10 of the same.. they most likely will sell more. and to top that off they get FREE listing fees...see below

so they list more sell more and stay on top.. small sellers like me are buried and then while buried you cant sell because noone sees items. so its a catch 22, you pay fees yet you cant sell. in the end, ebay is stealing my money. My major reason is I cant risk selling high dollar items only to havemy money stolen by paypal enabled theives. Its too risky with all the new paypal return policies. Attempting to create buyer safety has made it so that every transaction has the posibility of my money being stolen from me by paypal and a scammer. I cant do that and I bet in time, when it happens to others still selling here they will leave too. So in the end, ebay was once not safe to buy, i was once taken for $1000 by a seller here. never bought anything of value here again. Now though, it isnt safe to sell. I am no longer ebays customer, they think the buyer is..hey ebay, when all the sellers are gone, you wont have any buyers either. So long and good luck you all.
