Only this model has the upgraded graphics card. Important for HTPC setup!
4 of 4 found this helpful This is a powerful little machine. I am using it for my TV entertainment setup. I was reluctant at first to pay extra for the MacMini,2 because on paper it only looked like a minor difference in processor speed and I was planning on updating the ram anyway. The main decision to go with this one over the other options was solely about the graphics card. Even the top end "server" model has shared memory for the graphics, while this mid level one has dedicated memory for the graphics. It was a good choice. My flagship model Samsung LED TV will pick up on even the slightest variance in graphics quality and this MacMini makes it look great.
